What test is it that can identify that Herpes is gone and not just in hiding, or maybe I should ask, "Is there a such a test? I had an out-brake Two weeks ago but before that was two years ago, with no medication. If I will not expect another out-brake for a few years if I use no medication, how will I know your device has done anything?

Answer
Yes Bruce, the standard IgM/IgG blood test cant tell you if viral DNA is present or not because herpes, cytomegalovirus and the coxsackie viruses are not present in blood in their latent stages, only a PCR DNA test can.

Let me put it to you this way: If the electro-cure treatment was successful the PCR DNA test (done on spinal fluid) result will be negative indicating that no viral DNA could be detected. The PCR tracks viral DNA. The absence of viral DNA means no Virus = no Disease no Outbreaks. Cured!

Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test. A PCR test can be done on cells or fluid from a sore or on blood or on other fluid, such as spinal fluid. PCR finds the genetic material (DNA) of the HSV virus. This test can tell the difference between HSV-1 and HSV-2. The PCR test is not often done on skin sores, but it is best for testing spinal fluid, for those rare cases in which herpes may cause an infection in or around the brain.
