SHIPPING INFORMATIONShipping information on domestic and international orders... Domestic deliveryOrders INSIDE South Africa are sent by parcel post (overnight Counter to Door). We ship within 1 to 2 business days. Allow 4 days for arrival. When placing an on-line order be sure to put in the correct shipping info; shipping address, postal code and contact number etc. Please note : Speed Services Couriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes; they will only deliver to a street address.
International deliveryOrders OUTSIDE South Africa are dispatched by registered parcel post and are air freighted to your Country. Once it has been cleared by Customs it is handed to your local postal services for delivery (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Post etc.etc.). We ship within 1 to 2 business days and depending on customs clearance (which can vary widely from country to country), the estimated transit time is approximately 10 to 15 days.
