Product Returns

To return a product that you purchased from Lectroject.com, contact us to request a return merchandise authorization. If you send us a message via our Contact Us page, it should include:

Please Note: We regret that we do not refund our original shipping costs with the return. (In case your order qualified for a return, the actual shipping/delivery cost ±$50.00 would be deducted from your refund.)

We will issue a refund to your credit card for the price less $50 of any item that you return, if we receive your product return request within 2 months of the PURCHASE date. We do not accept product return requests after 2 months.

We issue your refund as soon as we receive the product back. Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM and 18:00 PM GMT. Please have your Lectroject.com order number on hand when you call. This will speed up the cancellation process.Although we will do our best to cancel your order at once, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed and when you contact us to cancel it. We therefore cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships.If you request a cancellation AFTER you have received the UPS tracking email and you refuse delivery when your order arrives, it will be returned to us eventually by UPS. We will still refund your purchase but not the original or return shipping fees under such circumstances.

There is hope

There's still hope. I suggest that you go back onto the treatment. During trials in 2001 some patients responded to five treatment, some to 10, 20, or 30.
