Does the machine come with enough cream for the 10 to 15 treatments? My outbreaks are very rare and only last for a few days so therefore I dont have a prescription for the cream. I just let them run their course.

Yes, it comes with everything you need. A typical course is a ½ hour session daily for 10 to 15 treatments after which the virus should be eradicated (like in gone "CURED"). We found that the tube of acyclovir cream and 20 electrodes we give you with your Electro-cure device should be enough for 12 to 15 treatments depending on the quantity you use for each treatment.
