A test that is 100% accurate with showing the elimination of the virus

by Stephen
(Greer, South Carolina, USA)

I've dealt this herpes since 1991. Piggy backed with the virus on a lip balm was, CMV and EBV. That lip infection resulted in CFS and loss of my head hair and energy. Never been the same since. Question 1: Since the blood always shows an antibody presence to herpes, how can you know that you are 100% free of these herpes viruses?

Q2: Also how can the drug Acyclovir have a systemic effect throughout the entire body, merely by the action of driving the drug in via the skin? I mean a person can already take Acyclovir orally and systemic circulation but it does not eradicate the virus from their body 100%.

Answer

Yes, a herpes blood test will show up herpes antibodies. The present testing for herpes is based on antibody testing as with either the IgM/IgG Elisa Test or the Western Blot Test. Both these merely signifies that the virus once existed within the body. They do not tell us anything about the likelihood of transmission or whether the virus has been eliminated from the body. They can not determine a cure.

The standard IgM/IgG blood test cant tell you if viral DNA is present or not because herpes virus is not present in blood in the latent stage, only a PCR DNA test can.

To satisfy yourself that you are free from the disease you have a P.C.R. DNA test which detects viral DNA. The test called the PCR DNA (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test, can identify the DNA from viral particles to an extremely high degree of accuracy and can differentiate between the two types. The PCR test is almost 300% more sensitive in picking up actual viral material from spinal fluid than was the viral culture. a P.C.R DNA test is taken at any time following completion of treatment.

The ultimate test is PCR of csf (cerebro spinal fluid), it is the most accurate test for viruses in existence to detect viral DNA. The PCR test can be done on blood but it is uncertain, more reliable on spinal fluid where the virus hides between outbreaks. The PCR DNA test tracks viral DNA and can find herpes simplex virus even when no symptoms are present. The PCR tracks Viral DNA. Absence of DNA means no Virus.

When PCR is negative it means that no viral DNA could be detected. i.e. No viral DNA means no virus, therefore no disease. Cured if you like. And what's more you cannot transmit a disease that no longer exists in your body.

Sadly, in some countries the PCR DNA test is not routinely available to the clinician in the office at this time. However if your doctor has the ability to perform PCR DNA test for herpes simplex, ask for that instead of a blood test.

Answer 2: Acyclovir taken orally cannot reach the virus that have lodged in neural ganglia as the drug taken orally is circulated through the blood. The Lectroject system uses particle transport technology which operates independently of the bloodstream - The flow of atoms is directly through the body and are able to reach any cell anywhere.

The Difference between oral medication (pills) is that with pills the medication goes into the stomach and digestive track where a significant percentage of the drug is destroyed by gastric juices. It is then passed into the bloodstream where it circulates through the liver and is metabolized until there's nothing left of the drug.

With the Lectroject system atoms of medication is concentrated by 50 times its normal strength and the (drug) follows an ionic stream through the body independently of blood flow. The atom of acyclovir is inserted into the cell where the virus is, the acyclovir atom interferes with the DNA of the virus and prevents it from replicating. The virus becomes dormant and is eliminated from the body in the normal way (by metabolism).

How acyclovir works: Acyclovir interferes with the enzymes the virus needs for replication of DNA in cells and prevents the virus from multiplying. It is also incorporated into the virus DNA chain which terminates replication. In short we use words like kill, eliminate to describe this process. So antivirals kill viruses or stop viruses from multiplying. The machine itself does not cure herpes, it delivers medication to the cell. The success or failure depends entirely on the medication used.

A typical course is a ½ hour session daily for 10 to 15 treatments after which the virus should be eradicated (like in gone). To satisfy yourself that you are free from the disease you have a P.C.R. DNA test which detects viral DNA. When PCR is negative it means that no viral DNA could be detected. i.e. No viral DNA means no virus, therefore no disease. Cured. And what's more you cannot transmit a disease that no longer exists in your body.
